Domestic Orders OnlyCurrently, we only process and ship orders within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

•Orders placed after business hours, weekends, or holidays will be processed the next business day

•Processing times may be extended during peak seasons or promotional periods

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days

Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Total Estimated Delivery Time (Processing + Shipping):

•Standard: 6–9 business days

•Expedited: 3–5 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates and begin after the order has been shipped.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and selected shipping method. All applicable shipping charges are clearly displayed before completing your purchase.

Shipping Management through ShopifyWe use Shopify to handle all of our shipping and order fulfillment. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details from Shopify, allowing you to monitor the status of your delivery.

Shipping Delays

Delivery times may be affected by factors outside our control, including:

•Weather conditions

•Carrier delays

•High shipping volumes

While we work to ensure timely delivery, TDR-Shopper, Inc. is not responsible for delays once the package has been handed to the carrier, but we will assist in resolving issues when possible.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

•Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to become available

•You may track your shipment via the carrier’s tracking page

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.

•We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses

•If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment

Damaged or Lost Items

If your order is lost or arrives damaged:

•Contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date

•Provide your order number and supporting evidence (photos, if applicable)

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund where applicable, in line with our Return & Refund Policy.

Product Condition Notice

Some items may be sourced from customer returns, overstock, or unclaimed packages. As a result:

•Items may be repackaged or show signs of prior handling

•Original packaging or accessories may be missing

About As-Is, Open-Box & Liquidation Inventory

Some products sold by TDR Shopper Inc. are sourced through legitimate overstock, customer return, liquidation, or unclaimed inventory channels.

Depending on the product, items may be:

New

Open-box

Previously owned or gently used

Repackaged

Missing original packaging or certain non-essential accessories

Showing minor cosmetic signs of previous handling

Whenever applicable, these conditions are clearly disclosed on the individual product page before purchase and do not constitute product defects.

However, if an item is materially different from the description provided on the product page, it remains eligible for return under this policy.

Non-Returnable Items

Unless defective or materially different from the product description, the following items cannot be returned:

Products marked Final Sale or As-Is on the product page.

Gift cards.

Personal care or hygiene products.

Customized or personalized items.

Return Requirements

To qualify for a return:

You must contact us within the applicable return period.

The item must be returned in substantially the same condition in which it was received.

Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

A return request may be denied if:

Returns must be approved before being shipped back. Once approved, we will provide complete return instructions, including the appropriate return address and shipping method.

Returns sent without prior authorization may experience processing delays or may not qualify for a refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will provide one of the following remedies, depending on the circumstances:

Replacement product.

Full refund.

Alternative resolution where appropriate.

For approved claims involving our error, we will cover the reasonable return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Original shipping charges are refunded only when the return results from our error, a defective product, or an incorrect shipment.

If the original payment method is no longer available, we may issue store credit or another mutually agreed refund method where permitted.

If a returned item is received in a condition materially different from when it was delivered, a partial refund may be issued where appropriate.

We do not charge restocking fees.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to complete the refund transaction.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct product exchanges.

If you would like a different item, we recommend returning the original item (if eligible) and placing a new order.

Order Cancellations

Once an order has entered the shipping process, cancellation may no longer be possible.
