What You May Return

New, unused merchandise suitable for resale may be returned within 30 days of delivery

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free of damage, odors, pet hair, or debris

All original tags, packaging, shoe boxes, and manufacturer bags must be included

A 20% restocking fee will be charged on returns that are not exchanged

If you receive free shipping when you placed your order, the actual shipping charges will be subtracted from your refund.

•Original Shipping is not refunded.

What You Cannot Return

The following items are non-returnable:

DVDs or Books

Customized or personalized products

Discontinued merchandise

Merchandise that has been:

Worn

Washed

Altered

Soiled or damaged

Exposed to cigarette smoke or pet hair

Sparring equipment that has been packed too tightly or with straps wrapped around it, causing permanent deformation or surface damage

Restocking Fees & Cancellations

As a small, veteran-owned business operated out of my home, I take pride in offering high-quality gear without the massive corporate overhead. To keep my prices competitive, I don't maintain a massive warehouse; instead, I custom-order each item specifically for you when you place your order.

Because I can't simply send items back to the manufacturer, returns for a refund are kept in my personal inventory until another customer needs that exact item. The 20% restocking fee helps cover the costs of processing, inspecting, and storing these items in the meantime. I truly appreciate your support and understanding of the logistics that come with shopping small."

No restocking fee will be charged if you return an item and purchase another item from us or if we made an error on your order.

Shipping Errors

If we sent you the wrong item, we will cover shipping both ways (our mistake)

Incorrect sizing is not considered an error

If you ordered the wrong size, you are responsible for return shipping

Items purchased with FREE shipping (including punching bags with free shipping) are subject to:

Up to a 20% restocking fee, plus

Deduction of the original actual shipping cost

This also applies to items returned as Refused or Return to Sender

We are a small business and do not stock inventory. Every item is special ordered.

Please do not order multiple sizes with the intent of trying them on and returning extras.
