How Long Will It Take to Dispatch My Order?

We strive to process and dispatch all orders within 1-3 business days. Orders placed by 3:00 PM AEDT are typically dispatched the next business day. We work diligently to ensure your order is prepared for the fastest possible delivery.

Shipping Costs

Standard Shipping: Always free for all orders, no matter where you are.

Express Shipping: Available for a flat rate of $14.95 (standard processing time still applies).

Delivery Times and Expectations

Delivery times vary depending on your location:

Australia (Metro Areas): Standard delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days, with most customers receiving their orders in under 5 days.

Rural Areas, WA, and QLD: Delivery may take longer, especially in rural or remote areas.

International Shipping: We offer free worldwide shipping, with estimated delivery times of 4-8 business days.

Please note that the 1-3 business day processing period is separate from the transit time. Delivery times listed above refer to the transit time after dispatch.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to populate and update. If your tracking link isn’t working, contact us at info @proflix .com .au for assistance.

No Import Fees

Proflix+ covers all shipping costs, including import fees for international orders. However, customers should be aware of any local customs regulations that may apply.

Proflix+ Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for a change of mind. If your item is faulty or not as described, we will ensure you receive a remedy.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

•Unused or undamaged

•With all original accessories, manuals, and packaging included

•In its original box or packaging

•Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

If the item is faulty or not as expected, these conditions may not apply.

•For change-of-mind returns, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

•If your return is due to a faulty product or issue with the item, we will cover return shipping costs.

Please contact us before sending back any items for change of mind, as returns without prior communication may not be accepted. Faulty items can be returned without prior approval.
