SHIPPING ORIGIN

True North Disc Golf is based out of Brantford, Ontario, Canada. Please note that the time and cost to ship products will be directly proportional to the distance you are from our shipping origin.

SHIPPING OPTIONS

Canada Post w/Tracking - This option usually offers the best value by balancing speed, cost and security. Tracked parcels are easy for us to monitor and get parcel tracing when needed, allowing us to insure the arrival of your purchase. Typically, this would be within 7 business days.

Canada Post Letter Mail & Small Packet Air USA - Canada Post Letter Mail is available Although these are the the more affordable ways to ship, there is no tracking so please only choose this option at your own risk. We have no vision on your order after it leaves our warehouse. For that reason, if your product does not arrive, True North Disc Golf will be unable to reship/reimburse for lost parcels. This option can take up to 4 weeks.

UPS, Loomis - Both services offer faster options for a little more money and provide tracking. Once order volume reaches a certain amount, they end up becoming the more affordable options as well.

Local Pickup - Due to amount of confusion this option caused, we have removed the Local Pickup option from online orders. However, if you need something put aside, please give us a call. (519) 753-7453

If you a local to our shop or willing to make the journey and would prefer to avoid stepping into a public store, this option is perfect for you. Please allow us 1 business day to prepare your order; we'll send you an email when it's ready for pickup. If you do not intend to pick up your order, please select the correct shipping option to avoid unnecessary delays and having to send additional payments to cover shipping.

SHIPPING COSTS

Depending on your order size and delivery location, a number of shipping options will be available to choose from. We do not make money on shipping; our costs are the same that are displayed to you at checkout. That means the more we ship, the better the rates will become because the savings are passed on to you. Shipping costs are affected by things such as size, weight, distance to destination and if tracking is added. Shipments that cross the border can also see additional fees depending on what state it is being sent to.

SHIPPING DISCLAIMERS

•Please note that since the beginning of COVID, Canada Post has suspended their delivery time guarantee. Although most parcels are still arriving in a timely manner, please take their estimates displayed on their tracking details as more of a guideline than a rule. For this reason, paying additional to have a faster service through Canada Post does still tend to yield a faster result, but it is still not guaranteed.

•Canada Post Letter Mail is to be used for single disc purchases AT YOUR OWN RISK. Without tracking, we do not have any vision on where a parcel is or when it will arrive. Without being able to confirm delivery, we cannot insure the package contents. This is an affordable option, but be aware that sometimes things do go wrong that is completely out of our control.

•Out of country orders may incur additional fees such as taxes, brokerage fees or customs that are completely out of our control.

•Any tracking information provided will not become active to view until your package has been picked up and scanned by the courier.

PROCESSING TIME

We process all orders in the queue they arrived. A vast majority of the time, this will mean your order would be leaving within 1 business day. During sale periods though, please be kind and understand that sometimes order volume may impact that timeline.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

True North Disc Golf will not pay duties, brokerage fees or taxes on returns. Returns will be shipped at buyer's expense.To start a return, you can contact us at (519) 753-7453 . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at (519) 753-7453 .

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty and grooming products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund (up to 10 business days).
