Domestic shipping options from Rare Air Discs:

"Standard" shipping will be shipped First Class for 1-2 discs. Standard shipping is USPS First Class and provides tracking, but no delivery insurance.

"Standard (with insurance)" is the same service as Standard shipping but will add insurance for the customer in case of loss or damage by the Postal Service.

Domestic Standard shipping rates by number of discs in order: 1 Disc = $5 cost - W ill always be shipped in a bubble mailer protected with a sheet of cardboard. 2 Discs = $6.5 cost - W ill always be shipped in a bubble mailer protected with a sheet of cardboard. 3+ Discs = $8 cost - Will always be boxed!

(Orders that do not include Disc Golf Bags, Drop Shipped Items like Baskets and are $75+ qualify for FREE STANDARD SHIPPING! Regardless of how many discs are in the order.)

International orders do not qualify for free shipping, but normally include duties and taxes so nothing will be owed upon arrival

We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return. All returns are subject to 5% restocking fee (for example: if address entered incorrectly by customer). To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unthrown/ unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can use the Shop App to request a return or contact us at rareairdiscs@gmail.com . If your return is accepted, domestic orders will receive a return shipping label via email. International orders are responsible for return shipping costs and must arrange their own return shipment. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at rareairdiscs@gmail.com .

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items We do not accept returns on discs/products that have been thrown. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on pre-orders, Drop shipped items (baskets, disc station), certain sale items, mystery boxes or mystery envelopes / gem boxes. However, please reach out to us and we may be able to work out a credit for 75% of the value.

Excessive use of our free return policy will result in shipping covered by the customer. This is at our discretion, however >12 returns per year would be around the excessive mark.

International Orders & Returns

For international orders, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We are unable to provide prepaid return labels for international shipments. Please contact us at rareairdiscs@gmail.com before sending any return so we can provide instructions.

Please note that duties, import taxes, and customs fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable. These charges are collected by customs authorities and cannot be recovered by Rare Air Discs. Your refund will reflect the product price only (minus any applicable restocking fee).

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to reach out to us and we can reserve the product you would like to exchange for.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
