Please find our shipping policy below, for international shipments it is very important that you are aware of our shipping policy.

USA

Orders placed on hyperfly.com are processed Monday-Friday 8am to 3 pm PST (excluding major holidays) and are shipped within 1-3 business days from when the order was placed, pending payment authorization and verification. We ship to all 50 states via USPS and UPS.

International Orders placed on hyperfly.com are processed Monday - Friday 8am to 3pm PST (excluding major holidays) and are shipped within 4 - 7 business days from when the order was placed, pending payment authorization and verification. We ship internationally via UPS, DHL and USPS. The customer is responsible for all associated tariffs and taxes in relation to international purchases.

- We recommend UPS or DHL for International purchases.

- We will not be held responsible for the loss of international shipments that are not shipped via UPS or DHL.

- Packages shipped via USPS First Class Mail only offer limited tracking and are not insured.

All Orders We will not be held responsible for stolen or lost packages, packages sent to the wrong address, or for refunding or replacing packages in these cases. We are not responsible for any package(s) once it is in the hands of the shipping services (UPS, DHL, and USPS).

The customer will be responsible for the reshipment of any order that is returned back to us for reasons such as insufficient address, wrong address, unclaimed, etc.

Our goal is for you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from Hyperfly®. If for any reason you are not satisfied we would be happy to do an exchange or return it for you.

The following items are eligible for returns:

•Must be shipped within the United States

•International orders can be returned, customer has to cover shipping cost

•Items must be shipped within 5 days once the return is initiated

•Must be purchased from www.hyperfly.com

•Item is unused, unwashed, and complete (gis must include gi bags)

•Any stains or signs of use will void the return at customer's expense

The following items are not eligible for returns:

•Orders placed more than 30 days ago

•Items that have stains or signs of usage like deodorant spots or body odor

•All clearance items, items listed as 'Final Sale,'

•If the item is no longer available on www.hyperfly.com

•Items that are purchased from other retailers or distributors

Returning for a refund:

•Refund goes back to original payment method

•Original shipping cost does not get refunded

•Return fee: cost of return label

Returning for a store credit:

•Cost of item gets loaded onto a gift card

•Original shipping cost does not get credited

•Return fee: free

Exchanges:

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item you will be issued a store credit once your return has been received and processed. That store credit does not expire and can be used towards any item on www.hyperfly.com Restocking fee:

We ask that all returned items are folded and placed in their original packaging. If a returned item is received in any other way, you will be charged a $15.00 restocking fee. If your return is not eligiable it will be voided and shipped back at customer's expense.
