Ordinarily, we ship and deliver orders Monday through to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. Days are Working Days [Mon-Fri]. Orders placed at the weekend, will not be processed until the start of the working week.

We ship via DPD . Our standard service is 3-5 Working Days. Our Next Day service is Next Working Day - these options may not be available during peak times. We are unable to deliver to Northern Ireland, parts of Scotland and other remote areas in the UK are unavailable on a Next Day Delivery. If you are unsure please contact us.

In accordance with the UK & EU Trade Agreement, customers living within the EU will be charged 0% UK VAT on purchases. At checkout, all prices will have UK VAT at 20% removed.

Orders under €150 including delivery, will have your destination's Tax added at checkout. Aer UK then pay this on your behalf. No additional duties, taxes or service charges will be required on arrival.

Orders over €150 including delivery will be shipped on a DAP (Delivered at Place) service. This means that no taxes or duty charges will be added at checkout but you will be required to pay these before arrival. After your shipment has been dispatched, you will receive an email from your local customs office with an invoice. This will have any relevant VAT, duty and admin charges requested to be paid in advance of your goods being delivered. After payment, your shipment will be cleared and delivered. Please make sure to check any Junk mail folders to ensure this email is not missed.

If you're not happy with your purchase, we accept returns within 14 days from the delivery date.

We are unable to accept items back that show any sign of use or wear.

All items must be returned:

- In brand new, unused, perfect, resalable condition.

- With all original tags still attached and intact.

- In their original polybag.

We reserve the right to deny a return if any of these conditions are not met.

Please allow up to 2 weeks from the date we receive your return for processing.

Only items that have been purchased directly from www.aersf.co.uk can be returned to us.
