At Trin Spa Skin & Wellness, we want to ensure your products arrive safely and in a timely manner. Please review our shipping terms below.

Shipping Carriers & Insurance

We ship using FedEx and USPS , and all shipments include insurance coverage .

Insurance is provided for your protection in the event of a lost, stolen, or damaged package.

Because of this, shipping rates may appear higher than standard; this is to ensure your order is protected.

Liability

Once a package has been accepted by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged shipments.

Any delivery issues must be resolved directly with the carrier.

We are not liable for incorrect shipping information provided by the customer at checkout. Please double-check your address before submitting your order.

Processing & Delivery Times

Handling Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days unless we are closed or on vacation.

Transit Time: Shipping generally takes 2–3 business days , depending on the destination.

Tracking details will be emailed to the address provided at checkout once your order has shipped.

Large Orders & Insurance

For orders over $400 , please select the “Large Package” shipping option at checkout.

This ensures the correct insurance amount is applied.

Rates for large package shipping typically begin around $25–$30 .

Shipping Costs

Standard California shipping is typically $18–$20 , unless the order exceeds $400.

Shipping and handling fees may be adjusted after purchase if the final carrier charge is lower than the amount initially paid.

Delivery Issues & Claims

If your package is lost, delayed, or damaged:

Check Tracking: Review the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email.

FedEx Claims: https://www.fedex.com/claims

USPS Claims: https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm

Contact the Carrier: File a claim directly with FedEx or USPS , as they assume responsibility once the package is in their possession.

Provide Details: You may need your tracking number, proof of purchase, and photos if your package was damaged.

Follow Up: The carrier will review and resolve the claim. Refunds or replacements will come directly from them if approved.

We are happy to assist by providing invoices or order confirmations needed for your claim, but all disputes must be resolved with the carrier .

We currently accept U.S. orders only .

International shipping is not available at this time.

At Trin Spa Skin & Wellness , we take pride in offering high-quality skincare, wellness, and handcrafted products. To ensure product integrity and the highest standards of safety, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on any skincare, wellness, or personal care items once they have left the spa. This policy protects both our clients and product quality, as we cannot restock or resell opened or temperature-sensitive items.

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective upon arrival , please contact us within 7 days of purchase or delivery at trinspaskinandwellness@gmail.com so we can review your concern and provide a replacement if applicable.

Order Pickups

You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup. Please ensure your text and email information are up to date to receive notifications.

Pickup Days & Times:

Tuesday: 10:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Wednesday: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Thursday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Spa Services

All service sales are final. Cancellations or rescheduling must follow our appointment policy; no refunds are issued on deposits or completed services.
