Enjoy free shipping on orders over $99 within the contiguous U.S., excluding soil, fertilizer, greenhouses, Foodcube, seeds, insecticide & fungicide products, gift cards, and outdoor plants. For orders under $99, a flat $13.95 shipping fee applies.Free shipping on Foodcube orders over $2,499. Regular shipping rates: $249 per Foodcube order; $149.95–$559.95 per greenhouse unit; $17.95 per bag of soil; $9.95 per bag of fertilizer. Free shipping on seed orders over $19.99; otherwise, a $3.95 shipping fee applies.

What you see is what you pay. Duties and taxes are included, and your order ships directly from our U.S. warehouse. No surprises at delivery.

Every Vego Garden purchase has a 100% satisfaction guarantee. We have a 100-day return policy, which means you have 100 days after receiving your item to request a return & refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You'll also need to be able to provide proof of purchase, usually in the form of your order confirmation email.

Returns

To start a return on an order that has been delivered, simply visit returns-app.vegogarden.com and follow the steps there. If your return is approved, we’ll send you an email to confirm the return request. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. As a courtesy, Vego Garden will cover the charge of on e return label. If your order consists of more than one item the price of the remaining return labels will be deducted from your refund.

Cancellations & Changes

If you have placed an order and wish to make a change such as (but not limited to) color, size, configuration, or delivery address, there is a reroute fee if your order has already shipped but not delivered. Please note that this fee is $18 for each individual item that is being rerouted. As a courtesy, Vego Garden will cover the charge of one package. If your order consists of more than one item the price of the remaining return la bels will be deducted from your refund.

Damages and Defects

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Ex changes

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you kno w if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please note that this policy applies specifically to Australian customers. Due to Australia-specific shipping logistics, there are a few important differences from our U.S. policy.

Returns Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

•Items must be unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging and in resellable condition.

•Proof of purchase is required.

•Return requests must be authorized by our Customer Experience Team before processing.

Return Shipping for Australian Customers

Vego Garden is happy to support our Australian growers! There are details worth noting regarding our return shipping policies:

•If Vego Garden is responsible (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged in transit), we will cover all return shipping costs.

If the return is for any other reason, such as a change of mind or incorrect order placed by the customer:

•You will be responsible for return shipping costs.

•Items weighing under 22kg will be returned via Australia Post.

•Items over 22 kg will be returned via third party carriers for which you may be responsible to arrange.

•In the event that Vego arranges the return process for you the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refund Process

•Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them and process your refund within 5–7 business days after we confirm the return meets our criteria.

•Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

•Please allow up to 10 business days for refunded amounts to apply to your payment method.

•Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

•Gift cards

•Customized or special-order items

•Items marked as "final sale"

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please provide your order number, photos of the damage, and a short description to our Customer Service team through email: hello@vegogarden.com .
