TG Racing — Shipping Policy

We ship across the United States via USPS and UPS. Every order includes a tracking number, emailed to you as soon as your order ships.

In-stock items

In-stock items are processed and shipped the same or next business day after your order is placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are shipped the next business day.

Out-of-stock & pre-order items

Items that are temporarily out of stock are available for pre-order. When you order a pre-order item, we reserve it for you and ship it as soon as it is back in stock or finished in production. Any pre-order or made-to-order timing is noted on the product page. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we may ship them in separate packages at no additional cost to you.

Carriers, tracking & insurance

Orders ship via USPS or UPS at our discretion based on size and destination. You will receive tracking by email at shipment. USPS shipments include up to $100 of carrier insurance.

Transit & delivery

Once your package is handed to the carrier, delivery time is determined by USPS or UPS. If tracking shows a problem, contact us and we will help you file a carrier claim. For items that arrive damaged, see our Return & Refund Policy.

TG Racing — Return & Refund Policy

Effective date: July 26, 2026

Thank you for shopping with TG Racing. We design and manufacture premium, USA-made e-moto components and stand behind every part we ship. This policy explains your return options, timeframes, and how we handle damaged or defective items.

Return window

You have 30 calendar days from the delivery date to request a return on an eligible item. Requests made after 30 days cannot be accepted.

Which items are eligible for return

Shift locks are eligible for return within the 30-day window. To qualify, the shift lock must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in its original condition and packaging. Because our other components are largely made-to-order performance parts, items other than shift locks are considered final sale and are not eligible for return — except when they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect (see below), which always qualifies for a remedy.

How to start a return

Email tgracing58@gmail.com or call 860-876-6026 with your order number and the item you would like to return. We will reply with return instructions and the return address. For non-damaged returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping; we recommend a tracked service.

Refunds & processing time

Once we receive and inspect your returned shift lock, we will email you to confirm approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the refund to your account.

Items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect

If any item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery at 860-876-6026 or tgracing58@gmail.com with: (1) your order number, (2) a description of the issue, and (3) clear photos of the item and its packaging. We will make it right at no cost to you — we will ship a replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approving your claim. This applies to all products, including items that are otherwise final sale. Damage caused by installation, crashes, misuse, modification, or normal wear is not covered.

Order changes & cancellations

Need to change or cancel an order? Contact us as soon as possible at 860-876-6026. We move fast, so reach out right away and we will do our best to catch it before it ships.

Lost or stolen packages

Every order ships with tracking, and USPS shipments include up to $100 of carrier insurance. If tracking shows a package as lost or delivered-but-not-received, contact us and we will help you file a claim with the carrier (USPS or UPS).
