Wacaco's policy is to ship either the following or the second working day after an order is received. When there is a large influx of orders, such as immediately following a new product announcement or during big sales events, the shipping may take a few extra days as we catch up.

Products are shipped from multiple fulfillment centers across the world (US, EU, CN) depending on stock availability. If you want to ensure the products will be shipped from a close location to your delivery address, please email support@wacaco.com before placing your order. New released and personalized products are shipped from the production site (CN).

If an order includes one product not in stock in one of our fulfillment centers (US, EU), the whole order will be shipped from the production site (CN).

VAT for e-commerce

Following the 2021 European VAT directives , all orders shipped to the EU are now subject to VAT.

Customs taxes

When Goods are being ordered, import duties and taxes may be incurred once they reach the country of destination. We are not responsible for such charges, and We undertake to make no calculations or estimates in this regard. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. If you are buying internationally, you are advised to contact your local customs authorities for further details on costs and procedures. As the purchaser of the Goods, you will also be the importer of record and, as such, should ensure that your purchase is in full compliance with the laws of the country into which the Goods are being imported. Please be aware that Goods may be inspected on arrival at port for customs purposes, and We cannot guarantee that the packaging of your Goods will be free of signs of tampering.

If import duties and taxes are incurred, you will not get your parcel until the charges are paid. If you don't pay, the parcel will be held by your local customs for around three weeks, and after that, if you still haven't paid, it will be returned to us, and we will have to pay these charges as well as an additional postage fee for the return. As the Goods will be returned to us, we will refund your order, but these import duties and taxes will be deducted from the order refund. Note that we are not responsible for refunding any import duties and taxes your order may have incurred.

Wrong address

We will not be responsible for the wrong shipping address if we do not have the correct information. Any reprocessed order will be charged an additional fee, USD 20.00 with standard shipping or USD 40.00 with express service, in case of incorrect shipping information is provided. Those fees will be deducted from the refund if the order is canceled after being shipped.

Shipping methods

We reserve the right to vary shipping methods to certain destinations should it be considered more appropriate and to alter the shipping method from that stated on your order should we deem it necessary.

Delivery time

The delivery time frames are for reference only. There is no guarantee that the parcel will arrive within the defined time. Transit times can vary based on the shipping location, weather conditions, customs inspection...we cannot be held responsible for third-party delays. For international orders, please consider this when choosing a less expensive carrier since resolving any issue can be a long process.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: [INSERT RETURN ADDRESS] If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@wacaco.com.
