In-Stock Shipping Policy Information In-Stock diapers will ship within seven business days of purchase. Little Haven will do their best to get your item(s) shipped our as soon as possible and a shipping e-mail will be sent to confirm shipment has been made.

Shipping is calculated automatically on the website based on weight and location.

Pre-Sale Shipping Policy Information Pre-Sale shipping is dependent on when pre-sale arrive in our hands. Little Haven will continue to keep the group up to date on the estimated arrival time of all pre-sales and will ship all pre-orders within fourteen business days of receiving the diapers.

In the event of natural disasters and/or events beyond our control Little Haven is not responsible for delays.

International Shipping Information At this time, Little Haven does not ship out of the United States and Canada.

Local Delivery Little Haven is based out of the Florida Panhandle (32539). For local pick-up contact aly@littlehaven.com to arrange. Checking Status of an Order When your order has shipped you'll receive an email with tracking information! Please follow the link to track your shipment. If you notice any issues with your shipment please contact us with your name, order number and tracking number.

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at help@littlehaven.com.Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If the item is damaged or incorrect we will send you a return label.

Exceptions / non-returnable items Due to the nature of these products refunds are only eligible for unused and unwashed products. Please examine your product prior to washing or using. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges Exchanges due to error in ordering will be done on a case by case basis. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Returns / RefundsIf you wish to return due to any other reason please reach out to help@littlehaven.com with your order number and reasoning.

Once the return has been accepted we will send the address for you to send your packages to. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

A 20% restocking fee will be added. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at help @littlehaven.com .
