Peejamas' goal is to ship orders within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase. During peak seasons, and high-demand periods like Holidays, pandemics, etc., shipping may be slightly delayed. For products purchased as pre-order, Peejamas will provide frequent updates on the status of your pre-order. We appreciate your patience and understanding of any potential backlogs due to high demand!
Peejamas does ship internationally. Any potential tariffs and duties are the responsibility of the customer.
Peejamas does not refund shipping cost for returned orders unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival or we erroneously sent the wrong item.

Returns from Peejamas
Due to the nature of our product, Peejamas does not accept returns for washed or worn jammies. We are happy to offer exchanges and refunds for unused Peejamas within 30 days from the date your order ships from our warehouse. Clearance and final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Please remember to try on Peejamas before pre-washing or removing any tags in order to be eligible for an exchange. This includes sewn in tags and paper tags and packaging. If a return does not include tags or packaging it may incur additional restocking fees.
If your product arrives damaged or defective through no fault of your own, Peejamas will happily provide you with a pre-paid return label to exchange your product.
Shipping costs are not refundable.
