All Goods will be delivered either by Australia Post, ordinary post or shall be couriers to the Purchaser by courier post. The mode of delivery will depend upon the delivery method chosen by the seller. Any delivery times notified to the Purchaser are estimates only and the Seller is not responsible for late or non-delivery.

A delivery notification email including tracking details will be emailed to the purchaser when the goods are dispatched.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products ordered will fit through doorways and into their premises. We cannot accept responsibility if it will not fit.

Delivery does not include unpacking or positioning or assembling items. A supplementary delivery cost for large items may apply.

If the Purchaser requests the Seller to postpone delivery of the Goods beyond the delivery date or dates specified in the order, the Seller may agree to do so if the Purchaser pays an additional fee for such postponement for storage charges.

Product delivery is generally made within 10 working days from when the order is placed, with this time frame allowing for instances where Home Direct is awaiting supplier deliveries, or stock is in short supply. The majority of orders, however, are shipped within 4 to 7 working days.

Due to the delivery schedules of our suppliers in some cases dispatch may take up to 14- 21 days. In this situation, the customer will be advised via email and given options for a refund, a voucher or to wait for the goods.

Free Standard Shipping to Australia and New Zealand is offered for orders over $79 AUD.

Faulty or Incorrect Product Returns:

•If you receive a faulty or incorrect product, please contact us, and a team member will assist with your request.

Change of Mind Returns:

•We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases, but we do offer exchanges.

•You are responsible for the return shipping costs, and we recommend sending the parcel via Registered Post from your local post office to ensure safe delivery.

•To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must meet the following conditions:

•The item has not been opened.

•The item is in saleable condition.

•The item is unworn, unused, with all original packaging and tags attached.

•The item is returned within 30 days of receipt.

•The item is not a quilt, underblanket, underlay, mattress topper, mattress protector, pillow, or sheet.

Health and Hygiene Note:

•There is no exchange or refund for quilts, mattress toppers, underlays, mattress protectors, pillows, pillow protectors, towels, and sheets due to health and hygiene reasons unless the product is faulty or incorrect, in accordance with Australian Retail Standards.
