We will get back to you with return instructions as soon as possible. Refunds are typically issued 1-2 weeks from receipt.

Please note that return requests submitted outside of the 30-day guarantee period will not be honored.

**Please be sure to obtain a return authorization number before shipping your product back and clearly write it on the outside of the box. Failure to do so may result in your package being refused or cause delays in processing your refund.

We are not responsible for lost packages. We recommend using a shipping service such as UPS, Federal Express, or the United States postal service that offers insurance and tracking on shipments.

All returns for merchandise purchased via retail outlets (in-store or online), or an online marketplaces including Amazon, eBay and Walmart must be returned to the retailer(seller)/marketplace in accordance with their policies, typically found on their website. These returns can usually be facilitated online via your order/account or by returning the merchandise to the store.
