•Orders placed before 5:00 PM (MST) are handled within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).

•Orders submitted after the cutoff time will be processed on the next business day.

•During peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be slightly extended. If so, we will notify you promptly.

Delivery Timeframes:

Transit Time: 3–5 business days (Monday - Saturday)

Shipping Restrictions:

•We do not ship to P.O Box addresses

•We don't offer international shipping outside the United States

Shipping Courier:

Our range of reliable shipping partners includes FedEx, UPS, and USPS. All orders come with tracking shipping.

Order Tracking:

If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will email you tracking information when your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within two business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at info@mygametables.com

Cancellations & Refunds:

•Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

•Approved cancellations will receive a full refund within 24 hours of confirmation.

Return Eligibility

•Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery

•Items must be unused, in new condition, and returned with:

•Tags

•All included accessories

•A valid order confirmation for proof of purchase is required

How to Return an Item

1. Request a Return: Email us at info@mygametables.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. Prepare Your Package: We will provide return instructions. A prepaid return label will be issued if the reason for return isDefective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items. However if the reason for return is a change of mind, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

3. Ship Your Return: Send the item back following the instructions provided.

Return Shipping Costs

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items:Return shipping is free of charge.

All Other Returns (e.g. change of mind):Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

•Returned items are inspected upon receipt.

•Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days.

•Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. To receive a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.

Sale Items
