STANDARD SHIPPING POLICY

We strive to process all book orders placed Mon.—Fri. by EOB the next day, for shipping the following morning. However, processing can take up to 48 hours. Sat.—Sun. book orders are shipped on Tuesdays.

All apparel and select accessories are Made-To-Order items and ship within 5—7 days of ordering. Once shipped, orders are generally received within 5 business days. All orders with priority shipping are received within 1-3 days after shipping.

US/Domestic Shipping

NOTE: Our FREE USPS Media Mail option is for book products ONLY. This is the lowest (and slowest) USPS shipping option and delivery ranges anywhere from 2 days to three weeks after shipping (although most arrive within 5 business days after shipping. Therefore, if you need your order by a certain date, we STRONGLY suggest you select a paid shipping option to ensure your order arrives timely.

EMAILS: Please pay attention to your emails from us, and check your spam folder if you don't receive any. We send a minimum of four (4) order updates that include your order confirmation, shipping notice, out for delivery and delivery notification. Each shipping update has your tracking number.

Economy Media Mail Shipping for book products: FREE for orders $59+ Orders less than $59—$6.99 Estimated Delivery Time: 5-9 Business Days NOTE: Books will ship US Media Mail with orders also containing Made-To-Order apparel when available, unless a First Class or Priority option is selected.Please allow up to 2-3 weeks for Media Mail delivery to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska, and New Mexico. We strongly suggest priority shipping to these locations for faster delivery.

International shipping is calculated by weight and destination. Shipping rates are therefore provided at checkout.

Please note that our FREE standard shipping rate is via USPS Media Mail, and can take up to nine (9) days or longer to deliver, and can only be selected for book products. We strongly encourage you to use our First Class or Priority Shipping options if you would like book orders to arrive sooner.

Exchange/Replacement Policy

DIGITAL DOWNLOAD POLICY

Digital Instant FulfilmentDigital products are delivered upon order completion. Please allow 2-5 minutes after order placement for access notification via email.

ReturnsDigital products are delivered upon order completion and are therefore not refundable.

Note about eBooks: These are also traditional cloud-based e-Books that require an internet connection to read (like Kindle). They cannot be printed or downloaded to a local hard drive or your phone.

PHYSICAL BOOK ITEMS

At Affirm The Word, there are no returns needed if there is any issue with the quality of your book item (i.e. missing pen, damaged binding, cover, and/or pages, etc.). Just let us know and will replace your items free of charge. You are then free to keep the old item or give it away.

However, if you are dissatisfied with an item in your order for any other reason, we will happily either provide a full or partial refund, or exchange your item within 15 days per the conditions below. Just let us know and we'll take it from there.

Full Refunds or Exchanges

For returns within the U.S., return shipping is on us for all first class and priority orders returned within 15 days after the order is delivered . Any shipping fees paid via these two options are non-refundable. Please note that all items must be returned in new condition (i.e. unopened with original product tags, labels and/or packaging). Please note that personalized books and journals are not returnable. Items personalized incorrectly will be replaced at our expense with photo proof of error.

Affirm The Word will provide a full refund or replacement item for orders that arrive damaged or incorrectly due to an error on our part, within 15 days after the order is delivered. Affirm The Word will also provide a full refund or replacement item for orders that are never delivered or deemed "lost in transit" by the USPS.

Please allow 10-14 business days for your refund to be processed after the return shipment has been received. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method on the order. Replacement items will be shipped out as quickly as possible.

Partial Refunds

Affirm The Word will provide a full refund, less return shipping, for orders purchased via economy shipping within 15 days after the order is delivered.

If you are dissatisfied with an item in your order for any other reason, we will happily either provide a full refund less shipping charges, or exchange your item within 15 days per the conditions below. Items returned open with any signs of damage will incur a 15% processing charge to transition into our Blemished Beauty stock.

Shop Credit |16—30 days after delivery

We will also accept returns unopened with original product tags, labels and/or packaging within 16-30 days after the order is delivered. However, return shipping label charges will be deducted from the order and any shipping fees paid are non-refundable.

Please allow 10-14 business days for your refund to be processed after the return shipment has been received. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method on the order, or a shop credit if received 16-30 days after delivery. Replacement items will be shipped out as quickly as possible.

APPAREL AND SELECT GIFT ITEMS

Made-To-Order apparel and select gift items are NOT returnable. However, we are happy to reprint a damaged garment, and/or replace a damaged gift (i.e. mug, keychain, bracelet, etc.) item at no charge to you.We are also happy to exchange an item with another size OF THE EXACT DESIGN, granted the customer covers applicable shipping costs. We must approve the exchange, and the item must be returned to us within 30 days after delivery for us to process an exchange.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

For returns outside the U.S., return shipping is on the customer. If you would like to initiate a return, you are responsible for payment of the shipping label, duty, and taxes. Please allow 10-14 business days for your refund to be processed after the return shipment has been received. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method on the order. Please note that any shipping fees paid on your original order are non-refundable.

TWO WAYS TO EXCHANGE

To exchange an item after receiving clearance from us, you can return your original item to us in one of two ways:

1) Simply repackage the item and mail it back to us with your own postage.

OR

2) We can send you a draft order for a return label. Once the label postage is paid, we'll email you the label to apply to your package and drop off at the post office.In either case, once we receive the item we will ship out your replacement.

REPRINTS

Should your made-to-order apparel or gift product arrive damaged or broken, please contact us and we'll provide next steps for you to send us photos of the damage.Once received, we'll go ahead and schedule your replacement order for processing.
