EU Customs Charge — Effective July 1, 2026

In compliance with new EU regulations, a mandatory €2–3 customs clearance fee per parcel applies to all low-value shipments entering EU member states.

Transition period (June 24–27, 2026): Temporary carrier surcharges apply — €2.60/kg for core EU markets (Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, Sweden, Poland, Austria, Portugal, Denmark) and €3.25/kg for all other EU states. Please allow an additional 1–3 business days during this window.

From June 28, 2026: Standard carrier rates resume. The €2–3 customs fee per parcel is billed at the standard rate and will appear as a separate charge from your carrier or freight forwarder.

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order , without giving any reason (EU Directive 2011/83/EU and EU Directive 2023/2673).

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

You have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

🌍 All Other Customers To start a return, contact us at info@hifitness.shop with your order number and reason for return. We will review your request and provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

Return and Exchange Shipping Costs

Exchange shipping costs (to send the replacement item) are also at the customer's expense.

However, if the product arrives damaged or defective, we will cover both the return shipping cost and the shipping cost to send the replacement item.
