HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

Step 1 – Write to our team at info@bumbibaby.com to receive your RA

Step 2 – Package your item carefully and attach the shipping label with RA reference emailed to you

Step 3 – Head to your closest collection point and send your parcel back to us. Returns without an authorisation will not be accepted.

REFUNDS

If you are entitled to a refund, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please note that processing of refunds can take up to 7 business days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
