Returns We want you to love your VELORA furniture. If something isn't right, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

•Unused and in the same condition that you received it

•In the original packaging

•Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-returnable items

•Custom or made-to-order items

•Items marked "Final Sale"

•Gift cards

Return shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective (see below). We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at info@velora-furniture.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a free return, replacement, or refund at no cost to you.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.
