Shipping Time -- Orders are usually processed and shipped within 3-7 business days, provided the product ordered is in stock. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by this site or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

If you do not purchase insurance and your package is lost, we are not liable, or responsible for any losses or damages that may occur while the product is in transit or marked delivered. Please keep this in mind when you are placing your order.

1. Trading Card Game (TCG) Products

1.1 TCG products are categorized as follows:

Singles: Individual TCG cards that have been removed from their original packaging.

Sealed Products: Unopened TCG items in their original packaging, including but not limited to booster packs, booster boxes, theme decks, and special collections.

1.2 All sales of TCG products, both singles and sealed products, are final. No refunds or exchanges will be provided for TCG items under any circumstances, except as outlined in Section 4.

2. Non-TCG Products

2.1 For all non-TCG products, a refund may be requested within fourteen (14) business days of the in-store purchase or delivery date.

2.2 For shipped orders, customers have two options for returns:

•Ship the product back:

•The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and must ship the product back to Banana Games and Hobby themselves.

•A valid tracking number must be provided to Banana Games and Hobby.

•Return in-store:

•Customers may return the product to our physical store within fourteen (14) business days of the delivery date.

2.3 For in-store purchases, customers may return the product to our physical store for a refund within fourteen (14) business days of the purchase date.

2.4 For all returns, the refund amount will be calculated as the total purchase price minus the original shipping cost (if applicable) and a 10% cancellation fee.

2.5 All returned items must be in their original, unused condition with all original packaging and tags intact.

2.6 Products will be subject to inspection upon receipt by Banana Games and Hobby to ensure no damages have occurred.

2.7 Please note that all returns are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Banana Games and Hobby reserves the right to deny a refund if the product does not meet the required conditions or if there is evidence of misuse or damage.

3. Events

3.1 Tickets for events organized by Banana Games and Hobby are refundable up until 24 hours before the event start time.

3.2 Refund requests for event tickets must be submitted at least 24 hours before the event start time using one of the methods outlined in Section 5.

3.3 All approved event ticket refund requests will be processed as store credit only. Store credit will be issued within ten (10) business days from the date the refund request is approved.

4. Fulfillment Errors

4.1 In the event of a fulfillment error resulting in the shipment of incorrect products, Banana Games and Hobby will accept returns and provide full refunds.

4.2 Customers must contact Banana Games and Hobby within seven (7) business days of receiving the order to report any discrepancies using one of the methods outlined in Section 5.

4.3 Proof of the fulfillment error must be provided, which may include but is not limited to photographs of the received items and order confirmation details.

4.4 Each case will be reviewed individually, and the final decision on approval rests with Banana Games and Hobby.

5. Requesting a Refund

5.1 To request a refund, customers may contact Banana Games and Hobby using one of the following methods:

5.2 When requesting a refund, please provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the refund request.

6. Refund Process

6.1 Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), Banana Games and Hobby will notify the customer of the refund approval status.

6.2 Approved refunds will be processed within ten (10) business days of the approval date, using the original payment method.

6.3 Customers should allow additional time for their bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

6.4 If a refund has not been received within fifteen (15) business days of the approval date, customers should contact Banana Games and Hobby using one of the methods outlined in Section 5.

7. Order Cancellations

7.1 Requests for order cancellations must be made before the order has been shipped.

7.2 A 10% cancellation fee will be applied to all approved order cancellations.

8. Right to Modify

8.1 Banana Games and Hobby reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time without prior notice. The policy in effect at the time of purchase will apply to that transaction.
