Due to the increase of shipping costs and gas, some of these policies may change from time to time.

We may not ship to PO Boxes, forwarding addresses & remote locations. We will contact you to make alternate arrangements, or we may request you to pay additional shipping costs to cover the cost to ship it or cancel your order if these addresses are used.

Some items may not be eligible for free shipping due to their weight, size or buyer location. This includes orders not eligible for free shipping. If such items are in an order that has reached the free shipping threshold, you will be contacted to make alternate arrangements, or we may request you to pay additional shipping costs to cover the cost to ship it or the order may be cancelled.

A & C Games is not liable for Stolen/Lost/Misplaced orders that have been delivered by the courier. We may require signature on any shipments at our discretion.

If you make a mistake on your shipping address (e.g. forget to enter your apartment number, mistake in the address), you will be responsible to pay for the package to be shipped backed to you. If you decide to cancel afterwards, we will not refund the cost of shipping.

If you are concerned about theft from your porch or mailbox, please choose the pick up option or request a signature option if your region allows it.

All orders will only be shipped in full. That means the order will only be shipped when all products have arrived (mainly involving Pre-orders) even if some items in the order are already in stock. If you would like to receive the in stock items quicker, we recommend that you purchase them separately.

We use Intelcom, Canada Post, UPS, and other couriers to ship our packages at our discretion. If you have a preference, please leave a note for us during purchase and we will use the preferred courier when possible.

Quantities are not guaranteed because of multiple factors, including inventory error. We reserve the right to adjust the prices of any product at any time including after purchase, with notification to the consumer before shipping out.

Pre-orders may be cancelled for any reason at any time including if we don't have the quantity to fulfill them.

Purchase limits.

Due to the up and down market of video games and trading card products we reserve the right to limit, reduce and cancel any transactions for any reason. Orders that normally get reviewed for reduction/edit/cancellation or obvious pricing errors, video game purchases of more then, but not limited to, 1 quantity, and TCG buyouts. Other items will be reviewed on a case by case basis.

We may also edit or cancel any transaction for any reason, including but not limited to, potential fraudulent/high risk orders and buyouts.

Orders are shipped within 1-3 business day after receiving payment excluding weekends.

We do not ship overnight/rush shipping services and we reserve the right to adjust shipping costs for any orders at our discretion before shipping out.

Online Store Return Policy:

You may return defective items sold and fulfilled by A & C Games that are initiated within 7 days from date of delivery for an exchange or refund. Video Game Consoles and all of it's accessories have a 30 day defective exchange or refund from date of delivery. If it's only a accessory of a console that is defective, you may get an exchange or replacement for that particular accessory. Please include all original packaging.

We take returns on all other items that are unopened, unworn, and in the same condition as it was sent out, with all the packaging, that are initiated within 7 days from date of delivery, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost on these items.

All photos are stock photos and used games/consoles will not include any bonus content, bonus discs, soundtracks, maps or posters that may be in the stock photo unless stated in the title. By purchasing you agree and these will not be accepted for exchange or a refund.

Online Store Refunds:

Refunds are requested after we receive and process your return. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (see below for specific guidelines). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Limiting orders/cancelling orders: Please contact us if you would like to cancel an order. We also reserve the right to limit the purchase of items and cancel any order for any reason.

EXCHANGE OR CREDIT ONLY, NO REFUNDS. Original receipt and packaging required. 30 defective exchange on used consoles. 7 day defective exchange on all games and accessories in the condition that it was sold. 14 day defective exchange on new consoles.

If you exchange a pre-owned game or console for any reason besides the product being defective, than a rental fee will apply. You will be charged according to our current in store rental prices.

There is no exchange of any kind on PC and Mac games. You are responsible for knowing or finding out requirements for a PC/Mac game before you purchase it. You are responsible for looking for a CD-Key before purchasing the product.

In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to change the price to the correct price at the time of sale or restrict the sale of the item until further notice.

In-store Only Warranty

Pre-owned consoles come with a 30 day defective warranty. Pre-owned video games and video game accessories come with a 7 day defective warranty.

Brand New consoles come with a 14 day defective exchange warranty. Some brand new consoles come with a manufacturers warranty. After the 14 day in-store defective exchange warranty, we suggest you contact the respective company to get service for any defective console that was purchased brand new. Brand new video games and video game accessories come with a 7 day defective exchange warranty. The warranty is void if the product is not functioning because of negligence or accidental damage, and warranty is void if any void stickers are tampered with. Consoles, games and accessories will be tested on site before an exchange can be given.

In-store Only Extended Warranty (Offered In-Store Only)

All Extended Warranties are for within 365 Days (1 Year) and good for a one-time replacement.

Video Game Warranties only cover the actual game disc or cartridge, and not the cases or manuals. It also covers dead game batteries.

Warranties include product replacement only. If product replacement is not available, a store credit of the amount of the warrantied item will be issued instead)

A & C Extended Warranties are available in-store only.

The warranty does not cover consoles that were physically damaged. Cracked or broken discs, cartridges, cases and manuals are not covered by the warranty.

Original receipt for the items purchased and extended warranty must be presented physically or digitally

All items must be returned complete in their original packaging with applicable manuals.

In-store Rental Policy

*Currently we are not doing rentals due to Covid-19

There will be a minimum of $10 damage fee for any game, console, or peripherals that were damaged in the possession of the person(s) that rented the item. This includes scratches on any item, damage to the retail box, and cosmetic and physical damage that is detrimental to the look and functionality of the items.

In-store Policy

NO PRIVATE SALES whatsoever in and around the premises. Do not interfere with customers selling or trading games in the store. Asking to buy/sell an item from customers in or around the store will result in a ban.

If you forget an item at A & C Games or leave an item in our store for any reason and it isn’t claimed within 30 days and there is no prior indication that you will claim it, then it becomes our property. We reserve the right to keep the item, sell or discard it at our discretion.
