Where We Ship

We currently ship to the United States and select international countries. If your country is not available at checkout, we do not currently ship there.

Order Processing and Shipping Schedule

We ship orders Monday through Friday (business days). We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or on USPS-recognized holidays.

Orders placed by 7:00 AM Central Time ship the same business day. Orders placed after 7:00 AM Central Time ship the next business day.

Business days do not include weekends or USPS-recognized holidays, including:

New Year’s Day (January 1)

Martin Luther King Jr. Day (third Monday in January)

Presidents’ Day / Washington’s Birthday (third Monday in February)

Memorial Day (last Monday in May)

Juneteenth National Independence Day (June 19)

Independence Day (July 4)

Labor Day (first Monday in September)

Columbus Day (second Monday in October)

Veterans Day (November 11)

Thanksgiving Day (fourth Thursday in November)

Christmas Day (December 25)

If a holiday is observed on a different weekday (for example, when it falls on a weekend), we treat the observed day as a non-shipping day.

Free Shipping (U.S.)

Orders $25 and up ship free via ground/economy service within the contiguous United States only.

Alaska and Hawaii are not eligible for free shipping. Rates are calculated at checkout.

The $25 threshold is based on merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Some oversized or restricted items may be ineligible for certain services.

Faster shipping options may be available for an additional charge.

Expected Delivery Dates and Delivery Promise

Expected delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates based on processing time and carrier transit times.

If your order arrives after the expected delivery date, contact us and we will refund the additional shipping charges paid for that order (this does not apply to the merchandise subtotal).

International Shipping

International shipping is available to select countries. Available options and pricing will appear at checkout.

Duties, taxes, and import fees (if any) are the recipient’s responsibility and may be collected upon delivery.

Return eligibility

Returns are accepted within 90 days of delivery for items purchased new or used, provided they are returned in the required condition described below.

New items must be returned in original, unused condition with all original packaging and accessories.

Used items must be returned in the same condition as when sold.

Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt).

Restocking fees

New items returned in a used or damaged condition may incur a restocking fee of up to 50% of the purchase price.

Used items returned with damage beyond normal wear may incur a restocking fee of up to 50% of the purchase price.

Refund processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Inspection and condition leading to approval

All returns are inspected upon receipt. Return eligibility, item condition, restocking fees, and approval for refund or exchange are determined at our discretion based on the item received.

Serial number verification

For returns (including warranty-related returns), we may verify serial numbers and other identifying information to confirm authenticity before issuing a refund or exchange.

Ineligible returns

Items that are materially different from what was shipped or originally sold, including items that are damaged, digitally modified, physically modified, missing components, or not in the condition originally sold, are not eligible for a refund or exchange and may be returned to you.

Sealed trading card products (including booster boxes, packs, and similar sealed items) are not eligible for return.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.

How to initiate a return

Log in to your account, find the order, and click "Return Item" to submit a return request.

If your return request is approved, you must ship the item back within 30 days of approval. If we do not receive the return within that window, the request may be closed and a refund may no longer be available.
