Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days ( Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

During high- volume periods such as promotions, product launches, or holidays, processing times may extend up to 5 business days .

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been fulfilled and shipped.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

United States: 3 to 7 business days

International: 7 to 15 business days ( varies by location and customs processing)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed . Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, or peak shipping seasons.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, selected shipping method, and order weight.

We may offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders. These promotions are subject to change at any time.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier system.

Incorrect Address Policy

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

Fitwithbeba LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses . If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can reship the package once it is received , and additional shipping fees will apply.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Fitwithbeba LLC is not responsible for carrier delays or lost packages.

If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please:

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. On digital Products or training programs no refunds are accepted. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at contact@fitwithbeba.net . Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 267 Langley Dr #1345 Lawrenceville, GA 30046-6907 United StatesIf your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at contact@fitwithbeba.net .

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contact@fitwithbeba.net.
