Processing Time

Orders placed before 5:00 PM (local time) will ship the next business day.

Orders placed after 5:00 PM or on weekends/holidays will be processed the following business day.

Delivery Time

Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days.

Expedited shipping options may be faster, depending on the service selected and destination.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we’ll send you a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery status.

Shipping Insurance

All shipments include basic insurance coverage provided by the carrier.

Responsibility for the package transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery to the address supplied to the shipping carrier.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns: A $5 re-shipping fee will be applied to all returned items.

Exchanges: No restocking fee will be charged for exchanged items.

Please contact us prior to returning or exchanging any item to ensure proper handling.

Important Notes

•Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of order. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

•We are not liable for packages delivered to communal mail areas, such as mailrooms, apartment lobbies, or shared delivery spaces.

•Any claims for lost or damaged shipments must be submitted within 7 business days of delivery confirmation.

We will be happy to accept a return of any unworn merchandise within 30 days of the date of purchase . To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (shoe box).

Returns must be shipped back with the shoe box inside of a protective mailing bag and/or a cardboard shipping box. DO NOT ship back the shoes by taping the shoe box and placing the labels directly on there .

Returns that are Refunded for Store Credit or for an Exchange will NOT be subject to a Return Shipping Fee.

Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment . Returns that are Refunded to your original payment method are subject to a $5 Re turn Shipping Fee which will be deducted from the Full Refund Amount. The Full Refund Amount is your Original Purchase Price .

If you incurred any shipping charges on your original purchase or any additional shipping charges are incurred in the return of your purchase such charges are not refundable as part of your return.

You may return the merchandise via mail or in person at our Pineville , NC location ( Dan t he Shoe Man’s Shoe Shop ) .

In person Returns, are not subject to the $5 Return Shipping Fee.

If by returning by mail – please send a n e-mail to wecare@dantheshoeman.com to request a Prepaid R eturn Label and a Prepaid Return Label shall be e-mailed back to you promptly. In your e-mail, please indicate if you would prefer to return the merchandise by dropping the package at a UPS store or at a United States Postal Service’s Facility ( i.e. a Post Office).

Once our store has received and inspected your return (usually within 24 hours of receipt) your R efund will be issued and you will receive an email confirmation that your return is completed.
