•If your package arrived damaged by the carrier, or has been lost in transit, please contact USPS /UPS/FEDEX as soon as possible to initiate a parcel damage claim.

•Mint condition guarantee on all Brand New items unless it’s stated otherwise. Please do understand there might be delay if the shipment from Funko (or other manufacturer arrives at our warehouse with all damaged boxes. In order to replace damage boxes, a request for new boxes has to be submitted to the manufacturer. The new box process might take 1-2 months longer for us to guarantee mint condition.

A damage claim needs to be reported within 7 days from when tracking info confirms you've received your package. We highly suggest open and inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If there is unexpected damage, please contact us within 7 days at sales @ralphiesfunhouse.com .
