UK Delivery

We offer fast and tracked delivery across the UK. All orders are dispatched from our UK warehouse.

Standard Delivery : 1–3 working days

Express Delivery : 1–2 working days (available on selected items)

Same-Day Dispatch : Orders placed before 8am (Mon–Fri) are usually dispatched the same day

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

Missed Delivery

If you're not home during delivery, the courier will leave a calling card or notify you via email/text. You can reschedule delivery or collect from a nearby pickup point (depending on the courier).

International Delivery

We currently only ship within the United Kingdom. For international inquiries, don't hesitate to get in touch with our team.

Delays or Issues

While we do our best to meet delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to weather, courier issues, or peak periods. 14-Day Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a refund or exchange.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

•Be unused and in its original packaging

•Be in the same condition that you received it

•Include proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)

How to Return

Contact Us Email us at with your order number and reason for return.

Pack Your Item Securely package the item to avoid damage in transit. Otherwise we will have to decline the returned item.

Send It Back You’ll receive the return address and an RMA number once your request is approved. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

•Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.

•If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Exchanges

Need a different size or product? Just contact us and we’ll help arrange an exchange (subject to availability and all above rules).

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or is faulty, please email us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We’ll replace it or issue a full refund, including any shipping costs.
