A-1 Tool will use its best efforts to ship all US domestic orders placed before 2:00 P.M. CST the same business day. Orders placed during the weekend, holidays or International customers will be processed the next business day in most circumstances. If UPS has deemed your delivery address as "rural" you may experience longer transit delivery times. by 1 or more days than standard estimated delivery provided by UPS. A-1 Tool is not responsible for any package carrier delay due to weather, peak holiday season delay, global pandemic or such other reason of delay claimed by the carrier.

Returns

A-1 Tool will generally accept return of purchased items within 30 days of the Invoice date if those products are returned in an unused/new condition and in the original packaging. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost associated with the returned items. Custom-made or personalized products are not eligible for return or withdrawal. It is strongly suggested that a copy of the invoice be included with the return as well as the customer's contact information. Refunds for returned items received in a condition consistent with the policy will receive a refund of the item(s) returned less shipping fees or notification of the denial of the same within 3 business days of the return being received by A-1 Tool. EU customers may have certain other rights concerning the withdrawal of orders subject to the provision of this policy and may request such withdrawal here .

A-1 Tool reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking fee for any returned products.

International Customers

International customers are responsible for any brokerage fees, customs or ad valorem tax fees associated with their order, as the same were not assessed or collected by A-1 Tool in the order process. These fees may have to be paid once the shipment arrives in your country. Each country is different, but it is usually a certain percentage of the total invoice value.

Standard PDR tools and accessories ordered from our catalog or on the Web site can be returned in their original condition and packaging within 30 days for a full refund, excluding shipping costs. Custom tools made to the specifications provided cannot be returned.
