Standard Delivery

Our standard delivery service takes usually 2 - 4 working days. Add an extra 1-2 days to remote areas /excluding weekends and bank holidays/ to UK mainland addresses.

Express delivery

The express delivery service takes usually 1 - 3 working days to UK mainland addresses, adding an extra day to remote areas. Depending on the product the item will be shipped either by Royal Mail or another courier company.

Next-Day delivery

The next day delivery service takes usually 1 - 2 working days to UK mainland addresses, add an extra day to remote areas. Depending on the product the item will be shipped either by Royal Mail or another courier company. Only available to UK mainland addresses.

Please be aware that next day delivery is only available on normal working days. Our courier partners do not deliver parcels on weekends or bank holidays, unless you have opted for a Saturday delivery.

Saturday delivery

We provide a guaranteed Saturday delivery service. You have the option to select it at the checkout and make sure that your order has been placed by 1 pm on Friday. Only available to UK mainland addresses.

Weekends and Bank holidays are non-working days and if your order has been dispatched on Friday by express service, it will be due for delivery on the following Monday. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a notification e-mail if you have provided an e-mail address.

Standard Return Policy

We want you to be delighted with your purchase! If for any reason you’re not satisfied, you can return your item within 30 days of receiving it. This gives you a full month to decide if it’s right for you.

Conditions for Returns

•Items must be in the same condition as when you received them. This means they should be unworn, unused, and include all original tags and packaging.

•A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

How to Return an Item

•Enter your email address and follow the prompts to receive a six-digit verification code.

•Enter the verification code to access your account.

•Select the order and the specific items you wish to return.

•Choose a return reason and add any notes for the store.

•Submit your return request.

Return Approval:

•If your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on where to send the item.

•You are responsible for using a courier of your choice to send the item back to us.

•Once we receive the item, you will be refunded via your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank to process the refund.

Please note that if the product is not returned within 14 days of its approval, the return process will be automatically cancelled.
