When will I receive my order?Orders are despatched Monday-Friday. Most orders arrive in 1-2 days (Express Delivery), 2-3 days (Standard Delivery). International orders take 3-21 days. Occasionally orders may be delayed due to unexpected delays in the postal system. All delivery times (excluding Guaranteed Next Day) are an estimate and not a guarantee.

When will my order be despatched?Orders placed before 12pm Monday - Friday are despatched the same day. Orders placed after 12pm and at weekends may be despatched next working day.

Help! My order hasn't arrived!The vast majority of orders arrive quickly, but occasionally a parcel takes longer than expected. For UK orders please allow at least 10 working days before contacting us. For international orders, please allow at least 21 working days.

My order being shipped from the manufacturer, how long will it take?

Some larger items are shipped directly from the UK warehouse of the manufacturer. These deliveries take a little longer, however most are dispatched in 3-5 working days via next day courier.

Which delivery service does Lunchtime World use?

We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 for Express Delivery orders. Standard Delivery orders are sent Royal Mail Tracked 48. For some large/heavy orders we use DPD. International orders are usually sent Royal Mail Tracked and delivered by your local postal service.

Do you ship to my country?

Returns & RefundsWe really hope that you love our products. However we understand that there may be times when you need to return an order to us.

If your purchase isn't quite right for you, simply return it to us within 30 days of delivery.

For a full refund, you must start your return within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with your statutory rights. If you notify us after 14 days, but before 30 days, the order will be refunded as store credit only.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Enhanced shipping options (e.g. Express, Guaranteed Next Day) are not refundable.

Please write your order number on the outside of your return package, this will ensure there are no delays in processing your return.

To start a return, please visit the Accounts page in the store navigation and follow the instructions.

Returns should be sent to Dragonfly Online Ltd, Unit 3, 113 Wellington Road, Leeds, LS12 1DX. You are responsible for the item until it reaches us, as such we recommend obtaining a certificate of postage and/or using a tracked service.

Faulty and Damaged ItemsPlease inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or incorrect. so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please contact hello@lunchtimeworld.co.uk with full details of the issue.

In the event that an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Gift Cards

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on gift cards. Purchases where a gift card has been used as full/part payment will only be refunded as a gift card.

Multibuy DiscountsIf you return a single item bought as part of a multibuy discount offer (for example 'buy 2 for £20.00') you will be refunded the full price of the returned item less the total discount given in the offer (for example, if the items were each £15 if bought individually then the refund would be £15 for the single item returned minus the total discount offer of £10 = total refund of £5). I.e. the balance refunded will take into account the non-discounted price of the retained item/s.
