Order Processing Times

In stock items from our main collections are processed within 2 days of the order. Our Made to Order products are made to order and travel directly from Italy, therefore there is a wait time of between 10-14 days for all orders to arrive in the UK. This is our small contribution to reduce the huge amount of fashion waste each year. We only make what is needed, this also means your product is made for you. With patience and consideration we can all do our part to help minimise wasteful production.If this does not suit and your order is urgent please email us contact@uashmamauk.com and we will assist with stock that is available for immediate delivery. UK and Australia Shipping Times

Products are shipped via Royal Mail 48 hour tracked service. When your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information and shipping details. Products shipped to Australia will be sent Royal Mail International Tracked.

Shipping Costs

Domestic shipping to the UK & Northern Ireland is charged at a flat rate of £6. UK shipping is free on orders over £100.

International shipping to Australia is charged at $40 AUD on all orders.

European Shipping

We are pleased to offer shipping to selected European destinations, including Czechia, Slovakia and Poland.

Shipping is £12, with free shipping on orders over £100.

Orders are sent using a tracked service. Delivery times typically range from 5–8 working days, depending on location.

Orders shipped to the EU may be subject to local VAT and handling fees on delivery. These charges are set by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer. As we ship from the UK, these charges are not included at checkout.

Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. We are unable to take responsibility for delays caused by incorrect information.

Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

In addition to your statutory rights in relation to defective items, we offer the following contractual right in respect of defective items. In circumstances where you consider that the item does not conform with the Contract at the time of delivery, you should promptly contact us via the contact form on our website with details of the item and its damage, or you can contact us by calling 0208 638 6357 or emailing

contact@uashmamauk.com . You should return the item to us at the address above.

We will fully examine the returned item and will notify you of your right to a replacement or refund (if any) via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will usually process the refund or replacement as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 days of the day we confirmed to you via e-mail that you are entitled to a refund or replacement of the defective item. Items returned by you because of a defect, where one exists, will be refunded in full, including a refund of the delivery charges for sending the item to you and the cost incurred by you in returning the item to us. We will always refund any money received from you to the credit card originally used by you to pay for your purchase. This clause does not affect your statutory rights.

Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contact@uashmamauk.com .
