Evenflo offers free FedEx Ground shipping to addresses in the contiguous United States. Free shipping will be applied automatically to all qualifying orders over $200. For our loyalty members, Bronze tier members receive free shipping on orders over $200, Silver tier members receive free shipping on orders over $150 and Gold tier members receive free shipping on all orders.

Evenflo ships to physical addresses within the United States,. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes or U.S. Territories. Evenflo does not ship to APO/FPO addresses.

Most in-stock items are shipped in about three business days, according to the standard shipping timeframes listed below. Please note: all Evenflo.com orders ship from Ohio and California.

WHAT ARE EVENFLO’ STANDARD SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES?

All shipping timeframes are estimated and apply to in-stock inventory:

Orders placed by 11 a.m. EST Monday – Thursday will usually ship within 72 hours. Please note that it may take an additional 24 hours for tracking information to be updated by the carrier.

Orders placed after noon ET Thursday and before 11:59 pm ET Sunday will usually ship the next business day following the weekend and any required lead time. Please note that it may take an additional 24 hours for tracking information to be updated by the carrier.

You have 30 days from receipt to return unused Evenflo item(s) purchased from Evenflo.com for a full refund of the merchandise value. For Evenflo Gold products, you have 100 days from receipt to return unused Evenflo Gold items, purchased from Evenflo.com for a full refund of the merchandise value. Please contact Evenflo prior to your return or go to your online account profile and view your order history to initiate a return. Original shipping charges will not be refunded and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. We cannot accept returns of any items that have been used for any period of time.
