We use Shopify’s trusted shipping partners — Evri and DPD — to deliver your orders safely and quickly across the UK.

Standard UK Delivery

Carriers: Evri or DPD (depending on order size and location)

Estimated Delivery Time: 1–5 business days

Dispatch Time: Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days

Shipping Cost: Calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your items

You’ll receive full tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Working Days & Same-Day Dispatch

Working Days: Monday to Friday (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays)

Same-Day Dispatch Cut-Off: Orders placed before 2:00pm Monday–Friday will be dispatched the same day

Orders placed after 2:00pm, or on a weekend or Bank Holiday, will be processed the next working day

No orders are processed or dispatched on Saturdays, Sundays, or Bank Holidays

Delivery Restrictions

We currently only deliver within the UK mainland

Unfortunately, we do not deliver overseas or to Southern Ireland

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original re-sellable packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at sales@alfrescochapel.co.uk . Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: The Old Methodist Church, 21 Market Street, Adlington, PR7 4HE.If your return is accepted and it is being returned as a faulty or incorrect item, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. If the item is being returned as unwanted or the wrong item ordered then the customer must pay the return postage and return the item to us, ensuring that proof of postage is taken.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at sales@alfrescochapel.co.uk .

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at sales@alfrescochapel.co.uk.
