All orders placed on theory11 will immediately be assigned a unique Order ID number. This number is the internal identifier for YOUR order. Armed with that number, you will know when your order is processed and when it is shipped. We send shipping confirmation emails once your order leaves our warehouse, and you can also check the status of your order by logging into your account at https://www.theory11.com/account/orders .

Some shipping options (such as UPS or USPS) are trackable and are assigned a tracking number from the shipping carrier. Whenever applicable, that tracking number will be sent to you via email. Note that sometimes, a tracking number may not tell EXACTLY where your order is (only that it is "en route").

We put our heart and soul into every product we produce at theory11, and we want you to be happy with every purchase. Physically shipped items in unopened condition can be returned in the original packaging within 14-days of order delivery. Open items that are defective or damaged in transit may be eligible for return; please contact our support team and we'll walk you through the process.

Please note that theory11 is not responsible for the return ship cost unless the items are defective or damaged upon arrival.

As soon as we receive the returned order and it is verified to be in perfect condition, a refund will be given as store credit or a refund to the original payment method.

Our team responds super fast during business hours, Monday through Friday. If you contact us outside of those hours, don't worry - we'll get back to you as soon as we're back in office. We're always happy to help!

Because digital or streaming video purchases cannot physically be returned, we cannot permit refunds or exchanges on digital product purchases.
