Important Notice for International Orders

Thank you for choosing Invicta Kuru! We’re thrilled to offer our products to customers worldwide. However, please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees depending on your country’s regulations.

How long does it take to process an order?

Each order has a different processing time. When an order is not a pre-order it will be shipped out as soon as possible however we do get back logged on orders quite often due to high demand. On average for a US order you can expect to wait a week for your order to be handed over to DHL/USPS however we will create your label as soon as we possibly can. For international order processing time can cary from 3 days to 2 weeks.

How long does shipping take for a United States order?

Once the order is handed over to DHL/USPS you can expect your order to be delivered in 2-4 days.

How long does shipping take for an international order?

Once shipped your order can take between 5 to 14 days depending on your location.

How much is shipping?

Shipping varies from product to product and will be calculated at checkout.

Do you order tracking?

Yes. All orders come with a tracking number. As soon as a label is created you will get a tracking number sent to your registered email. Sometimes this can go into your junk email. If that's the case please move to from junk to your inbox so future updates go straight to your inbox.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Returns are only acceptable within a 30 day period after receiving the products.To start a return, you can contact us at hello@invictakuruclo.com

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you our warehouse address to ship the items back to us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.You can always contact us for any return question at hello@invictakuruclo.com

Damages and issuesPlease inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable itemsCertain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

ExchangesThe fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, we will ship you out the new size.

RefundsWe will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exceptions / non-refundable items

In our refund policy, we'd like to highlight a specific exception related to shipments handled by ecommerce fulfillment partners that utilize USPS, DHL eCommerce and UPS eCommerce for the final mile delivery. These partners have successfully negotiated a significantly reduced outbound shipping rate with us. That is why, it's essential to note that we don't have access to the "return to sender service".

Here's how it works:

Shipments under 1 pound that become undeliverable due to reasons such as an incomplete address or customer refusal are typically handled by the customer's local post office. In such cases, the local post office may choose to destroy the shipment.

Shipments weighing over 1 pound that cannot be delivered are returned to our local post office, but there is a cost associated with releasing these packages to the client. USPS charges fees for these packages, and these fees often amount to 2 to 3 times the original shipping cost per shipment. This cost needs to be covered by the customers if the mistake is on their end.

Given the high cost of return shipping, many of our clients opt to let the local post office destroy the shipment instead of paying the return shipping fees, in all these cases unfortunately we cannot offer refunds.

It's important to note that there are alternative services available that do not rely on USPS for final delivery. However, these alternative services typically come at a higher cost for each daily shipment.
