Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. Choose the option that suits you best at checkout. We'll automatically select the most reliable carrier for your address.

Keep in mind: the delivery times listed above refer to transit time only. Orders placed after 2 PM will require one additional business day for processing.--Depending on your location or other unexpected circumstances eg. if the carrier is unable to deliver the package, your chosen delivery method might change. After placing your order we will send you a confirmation e-mail. Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking code to follow its progress. You will be notified through SMS or email by the carrier when your order is expected to arrive or available for pickup. Packages not retrieved within 14 days will return to PRINTWORKS and you will be responsible for any cost associated with the return of unclaimed packages. For the US this cost is 12,00 $ USD.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note that we have extended return rights for orders placed during November and December until January 31st. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unopened, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please follow steps below to start a return: 1. Go to this link: account.printworksmarket.us

2. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue. 3. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email. 4. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.

5. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.

6. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.

7. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.

8. Click Request return.

We always check our return requests within 48 hours on business days. When your return request is approved, you'll receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return questions at info@printworksmarket.com.

Note that the return shipping cost is 8 USD.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable items Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days if approved. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
