1. Shipping DestinationsWe currently ship exclusively within the United States. Please note: We do NOT ship to Hawaii, Alaska, P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

2. Shipping RatesAll orders storewide qualify for 100% Free Shipping. There are no hidden fees or minimum purchase requirements.

3. Order Processing & Delivery TimeYour total delivery time is split into two parts: Processing Time and Transit Time.• Order Processing Time: All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). • Transit Time: Once shipped, items will arrive at your destination within 4 to 5 business days.• Total Estimated Delivery Time: 5 to 7 business days from the date of purchase.

A shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your package leaves our facility.

4. Warehouse & Shipping LocationsTo ensure fast delivery, orders are dispatched from our fulfillment centers located in California and New York, depending on inventory availability and your destination. (Please note: While items may ship from multiple locations, all authorized returns must be sent to our centralized return center in California, as detailed in our Refund Policy).

5. Taxes and DutiesAll orders are shipped domestically within the United States. There are no additional import taxes, customs duties, or hidden VAT charges for your orders. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.

6. Missing or Delayed PackagesWhile we do our best to ensure on-time delivery, carrier delays (such as inclement weather or postal service backlogs) may occasionally occur. At Picleen, we want you to shop with absolute confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

1. 30-Day Return WindowYou have exactly 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request. 

2. Return Eligibility & Product ConditionTo ensure a smooth return process, items must fall under the following conditions:Unopened/Unused Items: Must be in their original, brand-new condition, with all original accessories, manuals, and protective packaging intact.

3. Non-Returnable ItemsWe strictly cannot accept returns or issue refunds under the following circumstances:• Products damaged due to customer misuse, neglect, or accidental drops.• Items returned with major parts or essential accessories missing.• Heavily soiled, stained, or unsanitary products.• Any returns sent back to our warehouse without prior written authorization from our team.

4. How to Start a Return (Return Method: By Mail Only)All returns must be processed via mail. Please follow these steps:• Step 1: Contact our customer service team at team@picleen.com. Provide your order number and the specific reason for your return.• Step 2: For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please attach clear photos or a short video of the issue.• Step 3: Our support team will review your request and respond with official return instructions within 24–48 business hours. • Note: Please do not ship items back without our prior authorization, as our warehouse will reject unauthorized packages.

5. Return Shipping Fees & Restocking Fees• Customer Responsibility: If you are returning an item due to a change of mind, personal dislike, or ordering the wrong model, you (the buyer) are responsible for covering the actual return shipping costs.• Picleen Responsibility: If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item received), Picleen will cover 100% of the return shipping costs by providing a prepaid shipping label.• Restocking Fees: We do NOT charge any restocking fees for any authorized returns.

6. Refund Processing TimelineOnce your return package is delivered to our facility, it will undergo inspection within 3 business days. We will immediately notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.• If approved, your refund will be automatically credited back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. • Please Note: Original shipping fees, expedited shipping charges, or any local customs duties are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect or shipping error on our part.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect ItemsPlease inspect your order upon arrival. • For shipping damage or incorrect items: Contact us at team@picleen.com within 7 days of delivery.• For functional product defects: Contact us within 30 days of delivery under our standard warranty protection.We will promptly arrange a brand-new replacement or a full refund once the issue is verified by our team.

8. Order Cancellation• Before Shipment: You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before it ships by emailing team@picleen.com with your order number.• After Shipment: Once an order has entered the transit process, it cannot be canceled. You will need to receive the package first and then follow our standard return process outlined above.
