2023 Holiday Shipping Schedule

New Years Holiday (Observed) Orders received after 3:00PM on Friday December 30th through Monday January 2nd 2023 will ship Tuesday January 3rd 2023 and possibly Wednesday January 4th 2023 depending on the volume of orders. We will be closed Monday January 2nd in observance of the New Years Holiday.

President's Day Orders received after 3:00PM on Friday February 17th through Monday February 20th will ship on Tuesday February 21st. We will be closed Monday February 20th in observance of President's Day.

Memorial Day Orders received after 3:00PM on Friday May 26th through Monday May 29th will ship on Tuesday, May 30th. We will be closed Monday May 29th in observance of Memorial Day.

Independence Day Orders received after 3:00PM on Monday July 3rd will ship on Wednesday July 5th. We will be closed July 4th in observance of Independence Day.

Labor Day Orders received after 3:00PM on Friday September 1st through Monday September 4th will ship on Tuesday September 5th. We will be closed Monday September 4th in observance of Labor Day.

Thanksgiving Holiday Orders received after 3:00PM on Wednesday November 22nd through Sunday November 26th will ship the following Monday November 27th and possibly Tuesday November 28th depending on the volume of orders. We will be closed Thursday November 23rd and Friday November 24th in observance of the Thanksgiving Holiday.

Christmas Holiday Orders received after 12:00PM on Friday December 22nd through Monday December 25th will ship Tuesday December 26th and possibly Wednesday December 27th depending on the volume of orders. We will be closed December 25th in observance of the Christmas Holiday.

If you receive the wrong item:

•All merchandise shipped in error by us will be corrected at our expense.

•If you are returning an item that is shipped in error by us, an RMA (RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION) number must be requested within 14 days from date of invoice. NO RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED WITHOUT AN RMA NUMBER.

If you ordered something wrong or want to return and unused item

•All merchandise ordered in error by customer or no longer needed must be returned freight prepaid.

•Your credit card account will be credited for the price of the product minus a 10% restocking fee as soon as the returned product is inspected found to be in sellable condition. (Note: Original shipping charges will not refunded.)

•When requesting an exchange, we cannot guarantee that the replacement item(s) you wish to receive will be available at the time your request is processed. We highly recommend that you simply return the item(s) you wish to exchange and place a new order for the replacement item(s) on Bulbstock.com

•All products must be returned in new, sellable condition in the original box(es).

If you receive damaged product:

•In the unlikely event of a damaged or defective bulb, Bulbstock.com will replace or refund the cost of the bulb(s) at our discretion.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

If the reason for the return is our error (shipped wrong product; product not in satisfactory condition; etc.), a prepaid shipping label will be provided to you via email.

If the reason for the return is initiated by the customer (ordered wrong product; changed mind; etc.) the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges and these charges are not reimbursable.
