All the items are made-to-order. The framed wall arts are hand-made by skilled framers in Melbourne. You will receive a notification email with tracking information when your order is on its way to you.

Production Time

All orders are hand-framed in the US. Our current production time is about 3 business days.

Shipping

We have several courier partners ship the orders. The delivery timeframe could be between 3-7 business days. If you need your order arrive by a certain date, please contact us before placing order.

International Shipping

Our unframed prints, wallpaper and wall decal can be shipping internationally. Framed prints may or may not be shipped to you, depending on where you are. Please contact us to place order manually, as there is international shipping cost involved and we need you address to quote you.

REPLACEMENT & REPAIR

Prints, Wallpaper and Wall decals

In the unlikely event that your prints/wallpaper/wall decals arrive damaged, we will happily replace it at no extra cost. If your purchase arrives with any defect, we will arrange a replacement, too. Please contact us within 10 days upon receiving your order should you need any assistance.

Original Painting and Commission Painting

If a painting arrives damaged, or has with any defect, we will work together with the artist or painter to repair it for you. In most cases, we will take the painting back, repair it and resend it to you.

7 DAYS CHANGE-OF-MIND RETURNS

We want you to love your purchase. If you do change your mind, we have a 7 day change-of-mind return policy. You can return your art to us within the seven days in exchange for a store credit. All store credits are valid for one year from the date of issue.

Any customised artworks, including customised prints, hand-painted canvas, commission original paintings are not eligible for Change-Of-Mind return.

Please be informed that we can only accept change-of-mind return once for each order placed. For each customer, regardless of the amount of artworks you order, we will only accept change-of-mind return twice within the 12 months period .

All returns must be ‘as new’ condition and packaged securely in the original packaging. The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.To request a return, please contact us .

CANCEL AN ORDER

Orders with standard shipping can be canceled within 12 hours, providing the order hasn't been produced yet. We will charge a 7% administration fee for order cancellation. Orders with express shipping cannot be canceled as they are sent to production as soon as we receive your order.

WARRANTY

All our products come with warranty. Please find the warranty period as below. The warranty period is from the date of purchase and for Australian customers only. The warranty is considered void if the customer didn't follow our care instruction , or the fault/damage was caused by a misusage or accident.

contact us immediately. You will need to provide photos of the artwork it in condition and we will assess all warranty claims on a case by case basis.
