Orders dispatched by our delivery partners may require a signature upon receipt. We use a combination of trusted courier services and Royal Mail to ensure your order arrives safely and efficiently.

Orders placed before 3:00pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) are normally dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 3:00pm will be dispatched on the next working day.

FREE Next Working Day Delivery on orders over £300 .

Standard Delivery (2–3 Working Days) on orders under £300 .

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances beyond our control. While we make every effort to ensure prompt delivery, we cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by Royal Mail, courier services, weather conditions, or other unforeseen factors.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information where available. This email also confirms acceptance of your order and outlines your statutory cancellation rights.

Please note that we are unable to investigate parcels reported as missing or delayed until five working days have elapsed from the date the dispatch confirmation email was sent.

Card Payment Security

For fraud prevention and security purposes, orders paid for by credit or debit card will normally only be shipped to the cardholder at the registered billing address. Alternative delivery addresses may be accepted where additional verification has been completed, including payments authenticated through Visa Secure or Mastercard Identity Check.

Large, High-Value & Restricted Items

Orders containing items valued over £300 , products classified as large or bulky , or items containing lithium batteries will be shipped via DPD or another specialist courier service, as such products cannot be sent through Royal Mail's standard network.

Free In-Store Collection

Customers are welcome to collect their order free of charge from Carmarthen Camera Centre . Once your order is ready for collection, we will notify you by email or telephone.

Collections are available Monday to Saturday, 9:00am – 5:00pm from our store. Please bring your order confirmation and a valid form of identification when collecting your purchase.

If someone else will be collecting the order on your behalf, please contact us in advance so that appropriate arrangements can be made.

Carmarthen Camera Centre Ltd will not accept goods for credit or rectification unless such return has been authorised by Carmarthen Camera Centre Ltd, and the goods are received by Carmarthen Camera Centre Ltd in stock condition with original packaging.

Carmarthen Camera Centre Ltd retain the right at our sole discretion whether to accept the return of the goods, or whether to rectify the goods or whether to issue a credit note in respect thereof. Carmarthen Camera Centre Ltd reserves the right to charge a restocking fee on goods returned for credit that are not in stock condition. The stock condition would be described as the product being in new condition with all software and product seals intact, not damaged or marked in any way, supplied with all the original accessories and packing and not registered for warranty with the manufacturer and not claimed for any cashback promotions. The purchaser shall unless otherwise stated be responsible for the cost of outward and return carriage and insurance of all goods returned by the purchaser to Carmarthen Camera Centre Ltd for service or credit.Goods shall be at the risk of the purchaser until actual receipt of the goods by Carmarthen Camera Centre Ltd. The onus of proof of safe delivery shall rest with the purchaser.All returned items must contain a copy of the original receipt and a returns form. All items returned to Carmarthen Camera Centre Ltd by prearrangement and found to contain no fault, will be subject to up to 20% restocking charge (for goods returned outside the 14-day cooling-off period), providing the goods are in original stock condition. Any downward variation of this restocking charge shall be at the sole discretion of Carmarthen Camera Centre Ltd. No credit shall be allowed for goods until they have been received completely.

Cancellations

You have the statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt of your goods. You do not have to give a reason for cancelling, but if you do wish to cancel your order, please notify us by clearly stating your wish to cancel. Once you have notified us of cancellation within 14 days of receipt of the goods, please refer to our returns policy above.

Consequential loss

The extent of the Carmarthen Camera Centre Ltd liability to the purchaser for any default or breach whatsoever and howsoever arising shall in no case exceed the invoice value of the goods and Carmarthen Camera Centre Ltd shall in no circumstances whatsoever be liable to the purchaser in respect of any loss or damage whether suffered by the purchaser and whether direct, indirect, consequential, or however else arising.

Law

This contract is and shall be deemed to have been made in the UK and shall in all respects be governed by UK Law.
