Simply use the forms provided during the ordering process to let us know your personalization instructions and we will customize your products at no additional cost to you. Sometimes there are restrictions but not often. :)

Priority / First Class Mail Shipping within USA = FREE We will ship any order free of charge by standard USPS Priority Mail or USPS Ground service. These services are absolutely free to you. Please note the average processing time is 2 business days before your order ships. Larger personalized orders may take longer.

Flasks.com offers a guarantee on all of our flasks and with this guarantee we can accept exchanges on incorrect items sent. We can offer refunds on defective or damaged items if a return is desired.

If your flask is defective we will exchange it for you. Here are some simple rules about returns/exchanges.

•Returns/Exchanges must be pre-authorized by filling out the form below. Please do not send anything back to us without first obtaining authorization.

•The return/exchange process must be initiated within 20 calendar days from the date the order is received.

•If an exchange is requested we cannot change anything on the design or layout and all personalized messages must remain exactly the same, even if they were supplied to us incorrectly. The only exception to this is if we have personalized your message incorrectly.
