Please allow 1-5 working days for order processing and fulfilment. We aim to ship all non personalised items within 24-48 hours after payment is received. Personalised items may occasionally take longer to process, particularly during busy periods. All personalised items are subject to lead times. Lead times (the time it takes to produce personalised products) vary by product. The lead time can be found on each personalised product page.

We currently offer 4 methods of shipping: * Next Day Delivery * Express Shipping (Royal Mail First Class) * Standard Shipping (Royal Mail Second Class) * Free shipping (Royal Mail Second Class)

Flowers and Hampers will be delivered using a Next Day Delivery Service. Please note that flowers will be delivered by a separate courier and will not arrive with any other items within the same order. Orders using Next Day Delivery will require a signature upon delivery. All orders, particularly those containing alcohol, may require proof of age with photographic ID. If proof of age cannot be provided the delivery driver reserves the right to withhold the delivery. Next Day Delivery is offered on all orders placed before 12pm Monday-Thursday. Orders placed after 12pm or orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be processed the Next working day, for delivery the following day. Occasionally, due to unforeseen circumstances, Next Day Delivery cannot be guaranteed. While we endeavour to have our NDD delivered on time, there may be times when delivery is outwith our control. In the case that Next Day Delivery is unable to be delivered we will not offer a refund or a refund on delivery charges. Orders placed via our Next Day Delivery service will take 2-3 business days for delivery to the following postcodes: AB, Aberdeen and surrounding areas, DD8-10, FK8 3, FK16-17 & 21, TD1-15, PH10-11, PH13-14, IV1-36, 40, 52-54, KA27, KA28, PA20-49, PA62-77, PH17-26, PH30-41, PH49-50, HS1, KW1-3&5-14, IM1-9 & 99. We do not offer delivery of Hampers or Flowers to the Channel Islands or outwith the United Kingdom.We cannot offer a guaranteed time for delivery. Delivery may be attempted at an point during the day.

Express shipping, Standard shipping and Free shipping are all dispatched via Royal Mail, unless otherwise specified.

In the event that several items are ordered at the same time with different processing times then the order will be shipped after the latest lead time. If you require certain items in a hurry, it is recommended that you place it in a separate order.

You will be alerted via email once your order has been dispatched.

We are very pleased to announce, at this time, we now offer international delivery on most of our products. Any product containing alcohol cannot be shipped outside of the United Kingdom. Other exclusions will also apply.

Delivery to the Republic of Ireland will take approximately 2-5 days from dispatch.

Delivery to Europe and the USA will take approximately 7-14 days from dispatch.

Delivery to the Rest of The World will take approximately 28 days from dispatch.

All delivery times are approximate and may take longer for various reason, particularly during busy periods.

In the event of a free shipping/postage promotion all items will be sent using Standard Shipping. Free shipping and postage promotions will only be available to entrants from the United Kingdom.

We cannot accept any liability for delay in delivery once the order has been dispatched. On rare occasions there may be some delay on delivery due to adverse weather conditions or public holiday.

If a parcel is damaged in transit it is the responsibility of the customer to take this issue up with the shipping provider directly. We will assist with any issues as best we can.

Returns Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Some types of goods are exempt from being returned. Any perishable item (such as flowers and food) cannot be returned. Any item that has been personalised cannot be returned. Gift cards are also not excepted for return. This does not affect your statutory rights.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) Book with obvious signs of use CD, DVD, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. This may take between 3-10 working days, depending on your payment method.

Late or missing refunds If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Sale items Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@littlegemmoments.co.uk

Gifts If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be aware of your return.

Shipping To return your product, you should first contact us via email. We will provide a return address and any other information we require to process your refund.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
