We strive to ship orders the same day, however, we are a small business and during high volume order days, it is possible there might be a day delay in processing.
All orders are picked up from our office daily by USPS on Monday - Friday. To ensure your order ships the same day, please order by 3:30 PM EST. All orders placed after 3:30 PM EST will get picked up by USPS the next day.
Any international orders should expect 2-5 days of processing based on the complexity of the order.
We process your orders directly from our in-house apothecary, and there are times where certain products are out of stock.
