How much does shipping cost?Your shipping cost depends on the method you choose at checkout. You have four options: Economy, Standard, Premium, and Express. Please view your cart and begin the checkout process to explore your options.

How long does domestic shipping take?Your shipping time will depend on the method you choose at checkout.

ECONOMY: $10.50 ($14.50 for AK & HI). Usually arrives within 5-8 business days of purchase.

STANDARD: $18. Usually arrives within 4-6 business days of purchase.

PREMIUM: $25. Usually arrives within 3-4 business days of purchase.

EXPRESS: $40. Usually arrives within 2-3 business days of purchase.

Please allow 24-72 hours of processing time for all orders. The above estimates do not include processing time. Processing time may be longer (4 to 5 days) during certain times of year, which may impact delivery times. Shipping time is subject to change based on order volume, weather, and other unforeseen or extenuating circumstances.

International Shipping

What are my international shipping options?International orders may take anywhere from 5 to 20 business days for delivery, based on the point of origin, destination, and chosen shipping method. During checkout, you’ll be quoted a specific estimate based on your selected destination country and the shipping methods available for the items in your shopping cart.

How much does international shipping cost?The shipping cost is calculated based on several factors, including your selected shipping method, the number of items you are purchasing, their weight, and the destination country. International shipping will be calculated (and guaranteed) during the Global-e international checkout process.

How much duty and taxes are charged on international orders?Duties (or Customs tariffs) are set by Customs authorities in the destination country. This cost is determined based on a combination of factors including where the purchased goods are manufactured, and how those goods are classified by the system used by countries that Global-e supports. International taxes (such as Value Added Tax, or VAT) are set by the destination country. You will see the guaranteed total amount of applicable duty and tax/VAT on your order within the Global-e international checkout.

Are there any items that cannot ship to my country because they are restricted?If for some reason there are any items that cannot be exported from the United States or imported into your destination country, Global-e will notify you during the checkout process.

Do you ship to military addresses?Yes. Orders destined for military addresses are not subject to the same costs and logistical flows as international orders. To send purchased goods to a military address, continue shopping as if shipping domestically within the United States.
