1. Order Processing TimeAll orders are processed no more than 7- 10 business days, but typically around 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days but we will be in touch. Custom orders take anywhere from 2-4 weeks.

3. International ShippingWe do not offer International Shipping at the moment.

4. How do I check the status of my order?When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at info@twocrowcollective.com . Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance, one-off, or test print items or gift cards.

Exchanges & Returns

Y ES! Hassle-free returns! Please email info@twocrowcollective.com with your name, order #, and reason for exchanging.

If the return is due to a packaging error, defect, or manufacturing issue, we will cover the cost to return the item. If not, you just have to cover the shipping and we'll send you out a new item at no extra cost. We will cover the shipping label for free eligible exchanges.

**Exchanges & Returns must be made within 60 days from the date your item was delivered.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@twocrowcollective.com.
