We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from receipt to request a return. Returns are only accepted if we have made a mistake in fulfilling your order.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with no orders of any kind, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Pohlar Fabrics will pay return shipping if the items were sent incorrectly by Pohlar Fabrics.

If you ordered the wrong item, you (the customer) are responsible for the return postage. A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the return amount, and the original shipping fee will not be returned.

Due to copyright laws, patterns and books may not be returned. We do not provide replacement packaging for products that are not otherwise damaged. To start a return, you can contact us at info@pohlarfabrics.com . If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Refunds will not be given for shipping charges on items returned. You can always contact us for any return questions at info@pohlarfabrics.com .

Shipping Address Change/Wrong Address

If a package needs to be shipped to an address other than the one on the order, please call 765-458-5466 to update the address.

If you enter the wrong address on the order and do not call to have it changed, and we ship to the wrong address, we are not responsible for the missing package. It is your responsibility to check the address before placing the order and/or to check the confirmation email to ensure the correct address is on the package.

Canceling Orders

If for some reason you need to cancel your order, place call us at 765-458-5466 . We will issue a refund as long as we have not already cut and/or shipped the item . If a customer cancels an order, a 10% processing fee will be deducted from the refund.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is damaged in transit or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain items cannot be returned, including custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Search Engine Descriptions

Pohlar Fabrics is not responsible for search engine descriptions. Please read each product description carefully on our website. All fabric is 42" wide unless stated in Title or Description. All fabric is 100% cotton unless stated in descriptions (Minky/Cuddle fabric is always 100% polyester). If you purchase an item and fail to read our website description, we will accept a return; you must contact us before returning to receive a return code. You (the customer) are responsible for the shipping back to Pohlar Fabrics, and the original shipping amount will not be refunded, as we have already paid to have it shipped to you. There is also a 10% restocking fee deducted from the total refund amount.
