Order Processing

•Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

•Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. For most orders, please allow for 5-10 days for delivery.

Order Changes & Cancellations

•We work quickly to ship orders, so changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order.

•Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Shipping

•Shipping cost $9.99 for all orders under $100.00 and all orders over $100.00 shipping is free.

•Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Returns

•We accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery.

•Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original condition, including all original packaging.

•Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:

•Custom, made-to-order, or personalized items

•Clearance or final sale items

•Gift cards

•Items marked “non-returnable” on the product page

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged or defective:

•Contact us within 7 days of delivery

•Include photos of the item, packaging, and shipping boxWe’ll work quickly to replace the item or issue a refund.

Return Shipping

•Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is incorrect.

•Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

•We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

Refunds

•Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

•Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment in 10 business days.

•Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to post.

Exchanges

•If you’d like to exchange an item, please contact us first so we can confirm availability and guide you through the process.

Limitations: This refund policy does not cover items damaged by misuse, alterations, improper care, or accidents.

Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to refuse any return if it does not meet the above criteria.

Amendments: Dwellings Decor, Inc. reserves the right to amend this policy at anytime without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately.

This policy does not apply to construction services, installation, labor, or construction-related products. Review your construction estimates for those terms.
