Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

•Be unworn, unused, and in the same condition you received it.

•Have all original tags attached.

•Be in its original packaging.

•Include your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at support@tochtliwear.com so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

•Gift cards

Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange an item is to return your original purchase. Once your return has been approved, you can place a new order for the item you’d like instead.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
