Processing Time : We try our absolute best to ship out orders within 24-48 hours depending on the day you place your order. All orders do have scheduled ship dates as soon as the order is placed. We always ship orders out on there scheduled ship date unless we have a notice saying we are out of the office. Due to only my husband and I fulfilling orders, please allow 3-4 business days for us to get your order shipped out.

Express Shipping : If you need your order shipped out sooner we have faster shipping services provided at checkout . Due to our fulfillment time, faster shipping does not mean that we ship your order out before the scheduled ship date. UPS or USPS will be responsible for delivering your package on time once they pick up your package. All shipping services provide an expected delivery date once you type in your address. The only guaranteed shipping services you can use at checkout are UPS Next Day Air, UPS Next Day Air Saver, UPS Next Day Air Early, UPS 2nd Day Air A.M. , UPS Worldwide Express, UPS Worldwide Express Plus, and UPS Worldwide Saver. However, these shipping services can experience delays that are out of our control. If your package is late with any of the guaranteed shipping services above, please email us so we can file a claim for you. Punchy Blonde LLC is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages. Incorrect Shipping Address : Please email shoppunchyblonde@gmail.com right away if you notice the address you entered on your order is incorrect. If your order has already been shipped out, you will be responsible for paying a reship fee.

International Orders : International orders may have to pay import fees separately from our website. Keep in mind most import fees are charged on top of your order and shipping you’ve already paid when using UPS or USPS shipping services. These fees are requested from the government, that Punchy Blonde is not responsible or required to pay for.

Payment Issue : Please make sure your card information matches your billing address for your order to successfully go through. If you are charged but did not receive an order number, your order did not go through. Once your order has successfully gone through, you will receive an order number.

Pre Order Items : Pre order items will indicate when your item will be shipped out in the description. All pre order items will say Pre Order before the item name. Please understand that pre orders might ship out sooner than the expected arrival date or even delayed past the expected arrival date. Upon placing your order, you will receive an expected arrival date that does not comply with our pre order description date. Pre order arrival dates vary depending on the style, so we ask that you carefully read the description before placing your order. We advise that you place your pre order separate from any other items. If you place an order with multiple items other than a pre order item, these items will not ship out until we receive your pre order. You are more than welcome to request a separate shipping invoice for non pre order items within your order. As soon as we receive our shipment, we will begin shipping out pre orders. Pre orders can NOT be canceled.

All orders are shipped out of Texas. Please keep in mind my husband and I are the only people shipping out orders. Also, please be patient with us as weekends are the only days we have off, we are not in the office seven days out of the week. If we are out of the office, we will leave a note on the header of my website to ensure you know that your order will not ship out until we return. Please allow 48 hours after sending us an email to respond, if you do not receive a response after two days please send us another email (this applies for weekends as well). PUNCHY BLONDE RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase with Punchy Blonde! We hope you are happy with your items. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the item(s) for store credit or exchange only. If the new item costs less than the original, you will be issued the difference as store credit. If the new item costs more than the original, you will be responsible for paying the difference. As a small business I DO NOT offer 100% full refunds unless the item is damaged (shipping charges do not apply). Exchanging for a different size or item will require a reship fee, located on my website. All returned items must be in new and unused condition. All returns must be approved before you ship your order back to us. If the return was not approved, we will ship your order back to you. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

To Be Eligible For Return :

All returns and exchanges must be postmarked within 14 days of being received. No exceptions.

Returned item(s) must be returned in the same condition they were received. ( unworn, unwashed, original tags attached )

•Returned item(s) will not be accepted if there are stains, rips, broken rhinestones, excessive amounts of hair or fur, or any signs of damage. The item(s) will be returned at the customers expensive.

How To Start My Return :

To start your return or exchange, please follow the link below. You will need the email address and order number associated with your order.

If you are shipping back items with rhinestones or fringe, please make sure these items are wrapped very well so the rhinestones do not snag the fabric or break during transit. I will not accept these returns. If you are returning shoes, please be sure to not ship them back without the original shoe box they were shipped in. I also ask that the original shoe box is not used as packaging to ship them back in. Please package your shoe box in a mailer or another box. I will not accept returns that do not follow these steps. Package your item(s) securely in a mailing envelope, self adhesive postal bag, or a box. We are not responsible for items mailed to the wrong address. Please know we are also not responsible for lost, missing, or stolen packages once we have successfully dropped your package off with UPS or USPS. You will need to contact your local post office.

Exchange Process :

Please include the size and style you’d like in your return submission. Once we receive your return request, we’ll send an exchange invoice to reserve your item and prepare it for reshipment. If the size or item you requested is unavailable, store credit will be issued once we receive your return. All exchanges are shipped after your return has been received and inspected. If you’d prefer to repurchase your desired item right away (rather than waiting for the exchange process) your original return will be processed as store credit once received.

Please Note : We do not offer refunds on returned items. All returns in the form of store credit or exchange must be postmarked 14 days of being delivered, not 14 days from your return being submitted or approved. We do not offer labels for returns. We suggest shipping your return back with your local post office. Please make sure to keep your tracking receipt or send it to us if for any reason your package ends up lost, stolen, or has postage due. No exceptions to this policy can be made, so we kindly ask that customers review our return policy before purchasing.

Damaged Item(s) or Incorrect Order(s) Received :

For any damaged or incorrect items, please follow the link above as soon as possible so that we can fix it. I recommend reporting these issues within 2 days of receiving your order. Please include pictures of the damaged item(s) in your submission.

These Items Can NOT Be Returned :

Capes, wild rags, bikinis, jewelry, hats, hair accessories, all sale items, shirts that have been requested to be cropped, tips given at checkout, or any other item marked as final sale.

These items can not be returned and are FINAL.

Order Cancellation :

Orders can not be cancelled once they are placed. We work very hard to get orders out as soon as they are placed. If you no longer need an item you ordered, you are welcome to switch the item(s) you ordered or we will issue store credit for this order. You will need to email shoppunchyblonde@gmail.com with your order number to discuss your order change. Please note we will only do this for orders that have NOT been packaged or shipped out already.
