Shipping TIME TO SHIP Once your order is placed, we will do our best to process the order and have it shipped via the method of your choice on the order as soon as possible. Please allow up to 1 business day for processing of your order when planning for shipping. Orders placed on a weekday (Monday through Friday) before 4pm Pacific time are usually able to be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 4pm Pacific or on a holiday or weekend day will normally shipped on the next standard business day. TIME IN TRANSIT Our website quotes the estimated shipping times as generated by the carrier for each shipping method that is available to you based on the shipping address you provide for the order. Please keep in mind that the time in transit estimate is for business days (Monday through Friday) and excludes weekend days (Saturday and Sunday) unless specifically quoted by the carrier. PACKING We try to re-use boxes and packing material that we have received to the greatest extent possible so you may receive a shipment in previously used box. FREE SHIPPING FOR QUALIFYING ORDERS When we are able to offer free shipping for a qualifying order, we can ship the entire order to only one address. Refund policy Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges Exchanges or returns are honored for 30 days after the original date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Additionally, if the product is shrink wrapped (most board games and puzzles for example), it must be still be shrink wrapped to be eligible for return.
